The Engineering department at Tromosa has highly qualified experienced staff: its engineers have designed more than 1,200 molds so far. Able to provide solutions for any type of piece (door panels, consoles, instrument panels, pillars, bumpers). They cooperate with customers, if required in the actual engineering of the piece, until the final mold design.

We have large IT equipment in continuous renewal which along with the best CAD / CAM / CAE applications, ensure high performance as well as high reliability

We are experts on the use of Moldflow, a standard in the industry to simulate the process of injection on the mould, and to validate the design of it before starting the production process.
